AI on the Lot is a multi-day conference at the intersection of artificial intelligence and the entertainment industry, convening leaders from film, media, and technology to explore the future of creative production.

Volunteer Team

We’re assembling a dedicated volunteer team to help bring this experience to life. Volunteers will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations—from welcoming guests and supporting speakers to managing logistics and production across the lot.

Commitment

Please note the requested minimum commitment for volunteers is 8 hours. This ensures we can properly train and place each volunteer in a meaningful role
